Called Precision Garage Door after accidentally backing into our garage door; after which the door would not open or close. Their service technician (Joshua) was at our home within a couple hours. Joshua did a thorough evaluation of the damage and quickly found that the cable on the right-side of the garage door had been displaced and that is why the door did not open or close properly. Joshua quickly disconnected the garage door from the Liftmaster door opener, released the cable from the bottom of the garage door, reloaded the cable onto the pulley, and then reattached the cable to the bottom of the garage door. After reconnecting the garage door to the door opener, the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Joshua was great! He was very thorough, professional, and customer focused. Given the quick response to our call for service, the time it took to fix the garage door, and the professional manner in which Joshua addressed the problem, the cost for the repair was very fair. We will again use Precision Garage Door for any future service needs.

Phil came out and explained in detail everything that caused my garage door to stop working. He was very thorough. He went over different packages I could choose from for my repairs. He listened to all of my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and professional and provided great service. This is my third time using Precision for work on my garage doors. They had serviced my previous home and replaced my door in the past. This time I had them replace two Genie garage door openers and keypads with Liftmaster . A MUCH superior, more reliable product, in my experience. Phil Belfrage did an excellent job of explaining what he could offer to solve my problems and then did the work alone in a very reasonable amount of time. I made the service request around 6:00pm on a Saturday and Phil was at my house before 8:30am on Sunday. Fantastic service and responsiveness! It was NOT cheap but I feel that the new systems are a huge upgrade and a great improvement over the Genie systems our builder installed and I am grateful for the rapid response since we were locked out of the garage space. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin and Phil is awesome!!!

Hit the garage with my car. The service man came out and explained he could not fix the issue due to the proprietary method originally used. He actually recommended another place to call. He stayed while I call them and told me what to say. He was super nice and guided me through what I should do. Then he waived the 75 service fee for coming out and did not charge me. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. What a great service technician. I would hire this company anytime.

Wes arrived early. I did not really see him do anything, but the garage door opened when he tried it. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He also told me the sensor shoud have 1 green & 1 red light. He offered to have the call cancelled, but I asked him to do a service call. Which he did and also gave me two documents showing what it would cost to repair my door and what it would cost to replace it. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
