Great service. Spring broke this morning, booked appointment and the crew was here right on time. Quickly gave price options, then got right to work. The tech, Shane Murphy, was really thorough. He lubed all 3 doors, did quick adjustment on one of the main bearings and gave good advice on how to better lubricate the wheels.

Excellent customer service from Stephen! He checked old door as well as the opener, and we discussed the condition, and after explaining my choices going forward I decided to replace both. I reviewed the replacement options and made my selections. He worked up the invoice, and all was done to begin the order and installation process. Great service, quick and courteous by Patrick Day. No waiting days on end to come. In fact, came the same day. Showed up at the appointed times and called in advance of arrival. Patrick was well trained and very knowledgeable about his service work. He corrected the door by way of new springs and rollers to rebalance it. Ultimately replaced a 25 yr. old motor/rail unit that had also gone bad. A bit expensive but good products and service.

I came home from a trip to find our garage door spring and cables busted. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online with Precision to come out that same day to get it repaired. They communicated quickly by text/email and also sent the profile of the technician ahead of time as well. Jeremy Malek called and notified of his ETA and arrived within the scheduled window. Jeremy was awesome. He gave us a couple of different solutions and we elected to go with full repair of spring/drums/upgraded rollers as the assembly was 10+ years already. Jeremy completed everything in a timely fashion and was super pleasant and mellow to work with. Payment was easily completed via iPad and work comes with a 10 year warranty. Precision was excellent and we would definitely choose to work with them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. I thought it was the opener. I went to Precision online and requested an appointment and was thrilled that I could get an appointment on the same day between 4 and 6! Jeremy was the technician, and he was terrific. He called in advance to see if I had any questions, got here when he told me hed be here, and diagnosed the problem as a broken spring on the door itself rather than the opener. He said the opener was fine, and I was impressed that he didnt try to sell me an opener as well. He was quick, neat, and efficient, and now I can use my garage again instead of leaving my car on the street! I highly recommend this company and commend Jeremy for his excellent work and helpful demeanor.

Caleb did a nice job explaining issues and the fixes he did for them. Looking forward to 10 years without further costs now that we have the warranty. Cost does seem a bit high, but we havent had any garage door work done for several years so the costs have undoubtedly increased.

Phil was extremely nice and knew what he was doing. Working on a really old overhead barn door is tough! Most companies either didn't want to, or wanted to charge WAY too much! Shawn/Karen/Phil are a great team!
