Garage door opener quit working. I was manually opening and closing the door. Stephen Michael showed and quickly accessed the problems and fixed them. He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday at 7:30 and scheduled an appointment for replacement of my garage door. It was in sad shape from the night before. By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. Full install was done a few years ago and no issues. Had a battery die and they instantly knew what to do but also did a full check to make sure what else is needed and they were right. My go to for garage issues.

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.

Isaiah came to the rescue when my garage door would not close. One of the springs broke and the safety wouldn't let the door to close. New springs, cables and rollers installed. Now the door is quieter than ever ! Isaiah explained everything in detail. Will use Precision again when needed!
