By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. My door needed replacing and he explained everything in detail what he could offer. By 12:30 Phil was back with the new garage door and opener to be installed. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.
