If you want it done right, you have to call Precision. Patrick Day tuned up an existing door done by another company, and even followed up to let me know the new ball-bearing rollers he installed were a little bit cheaper than expected and that I'd be getting a refund. All that on top of showing up 2 hours after I initially called. Customer for life.

After seeing commercials on TV I noticed my spring looked bowed like it might break. I called and even though it was not a emergency they said they could schedule service today. Shane from Precision came and we discussed what service options I had. I could just fix the main problem or I could also do some preventive service so other parts would not need replacing in the next 3 or more years. There was no pressure to buy any thing. My door was working fine.
