Spring on garage door broke Saturday. Precision was able to get here the next day when another co wouldnt until Monday. Isaiah was here a few minutes early and described what was needed, gave me some options and explained price. He was finished in an hour and ensured it was all proper and clean. Great job!

Absolutely awful. This imbecile decided to break our 2 car garage automated door to get in rather than the single, smaller, non-automated door. This costed thousands extra because of stupidity. Please dont use this company.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors. Precision set an appointment for later the same day. Shane arrived on time and quickly remedied the issue. Our doors and parts were 30years old so we opted to replace springs on both doors plus get new rollers, pulleys, bearings, etc. as our insulated doors are still in good shape. Shane was professional, friendly and very efficient.

My garage door was knocked off track on a Sunday afternoon and I couldn't get car out of garage. Phil arrived earlier than committed and did an excellent job of repairing the door and tensioning and adjusting it. I was very pleased with Phil and his professional repair job.

Great service. Spring broke this morning, booked appointment and the crew was here right on time. Quickly gave price options, then got right to work. The tech, Shane Murphy, was really thorough. He lubed all 3 doors, did quick adjustment on one of the main bearings and gave good advice on how to better lubricate the wheels.

Excellent customer service from Stephen! He checked old door as well as the opener, and we discussed the condition, and after explaining my choices going forward I decided to replace both. I reviewed the replacement options and made my selections. He worked up the invoice, and all was done to begin the order and installation process. Joshua (the service tech) was prompt and efficient! He replaced my spring tension rod and spring from my broken system. He also replaced the rollers which made a huge difference in the doors noise level.
