Good news, I contacted Precision Garage Door of Austin after reading their reviews online. They sent their technician, Stephen Michael, out to assess our problem that same day. He reviewed what parts had failed and how the system worked. He made suggestions as to what would have to be fixed to get it working again, and he gave us two additional options that would replace some additional older parts of the system. (Our system was more than 10 years old, likely more like 20.) We signed our contract on Friday, and they completed the work on Monday. We chose the second option with a 3-year warranty, and are happy with our decision.

My garage door was malfunctioning by seemingly opening and closing by itself. Mr. Malek diagnosed the problem and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as he fixed it. I have used Precision Doors a couple of times before, and I like their very good business practices.

My garage door broke Sunday morning, I got online and made an appointment for Monday morning since my garage door wouldn't close all the way. Jeremy called when he was on his way and even showed up early to my appointment. He assessed this issue and fixed it quickly!

When I tried to open garage door this morning, I heard a loud bang, but it opened. Precision was able to send someone out within an hour or so. I expected a several day wait.

Shane was very helpful. I have been having issues with my new garage door opener for the last couple of weeks. On his visit last week he thought he had it issue corrected however, that did not turn out to be the case. He came back earlier today and had to change out some of the sensors. He was very punctual and got the problem identified and corrected.
