Yes, you did, free of charge today. Shane helped by resplicing a wire and now the garage door works just fine. Originally, last year it was 2500$. glad I didn't have to pay today. Shane was prompt and courteous.

Had an “emergency” garage door situation on a Saturday (yeah I feel weird calling it an emergency because it really wasn’t) but our garage door spring broke and we could not open the garage, even manually. Both our cars were in the garage…so hence ‘emergency.’ I did a quick google search and found great reviews on Precision. Called them up and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. Colton showed up, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, assessed the problem, gave me 3 quotes (good, better, best) and fixed everything same day. I didn’t have a chance to shop around so not sure if I got a good “deal” but what I am sure of is I got great, quick, hassle-free service. Thank you, Colton and Precision!

I called Precision Garage Door of Austin because of their stellar ratings on BBB and others. It was easy to schedule one of many available appointments, received an immediate confirmation, and follow-up information to prepare me for the appointment. The following morning I received notice my tech was on his way with a trackable map so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Shane arrived in a clean, marked van, was dressed professionally in his uniform and most importantly was courteous and informative. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, provided options to repair and make safe and didn't pressure me for any immediate decision. I will certainly recommend this company for any garage door issues you may have. They were the best.

Brian arrived within the window schedules, assessed the broken spring problem, proposed the options to get the garage door operational again. He is a professional and worked in the very hot garage until the job was done. I would recommend your company and especially Brian to handle garage door issues.

I thought Shane did a tremendous job. His first visit to give me a quote was very professional and answered all my questions. On the install date he said it would take about an hour or so and in the 100 degree heat that was all it took. We have used Precision in the past and was very pleased and was very pleased with the new opener that was installed today. Thanks Bob Clark

Precision worked on my garage door in 2013 and since then I have had no problems. That's why I decided to have Precision do my daughter and son-in-law's garage door. I selected the Peace of Mind option. Daniel, your technician, did an excellent job of installing and explaining in detail the operation of the garage door. I actually told my son-in-law Jarrod this was his birthday gift. Birthday is 9-3. Overall they won't have any problems in the future. Thanks!!

Sunday night close our garage door after a long day on the lazy river and there is a load noise from the garage door. Jumped onto the internet and remembered Precision adverts. So it was so easy to pick an appointment for the Monday morning. With Jeremy arriving at 10:48 after calling me to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. Gave me a couple of options based on observations he made. Got my sping fixed, rollers, cables and mounting arm replaced. All of this within 2 hours. Future work on my garage doors will only be with Precision.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. My service technician, Nick, showed up on time and gave me a detailed explanation of my different options for installing an overhead powered garage door. He then installed the door, as we had discussed, and it only took about 3 hours. The door works perfectly, and the total price was exactly what Nick predicted, to the penny. Plus, Nick was a very nice guy who was very easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and his company to any of my friends and family members who are looking to have a garage door installed.

Colton came out to repair a broken spring, and I decided to have my entire door rebuilt, as this came with a 10-year warranty. Colton was quick, on time, very thorough, did a great job cleaning up after he was completed, and also explained the basics and where to lubricate my door. I called you all after your biggest competitor, who installed the new garage door for me 5 years ago, was unable to come out today (same-day) for the repair. The price is fair, considering the warranty... thank you Colton!

Daniel Ritchie was our technician who serviced our service repair call. Was very impressed with his service abilities & verbal communication on what needed to happen on the repair. Was so pleased with his ability to discuss the different options on pricing, which I selected the best option for our repair. Within several hours of garage door was operating better since we purchased our house. Greatly appreciate your service & quick response. Louie Delgado

Shane was great. Was right on time, courteous and explained everything. Immediately saw the issues (broken springs). Did a great and fast job installing everything. Came back a second time to install additional ordered part even though it technically wasn't required. Door has not worked this good. Very quiet. Thank you Shane and Thank you Precision!
