My decision was to replace the springs, install a new garage door opener and remotes. All the existing equipment was old and tired. I'm so glad I did install the new system. Love the new features; the light that comes on automatically when I open the garage door (from the kitchen). The door features were so quiet when opening or closing I didn't realize the door was moving!

He listened to my concerns about the weather strip on the garage door. He inspected strip, He said he would replace the strip if that’s what I wanted but that the strip did not need replacing. One spring failed on our 10 year old garage door trapping one car inside. We selected Precision online or a next morning appointment because of local office and good reputation. Texts notified us of the technician's arrival status. At 9am Landon arrived and checked out the door giving us four options including minimal cost spring/bearing replacement up to a rebuild that renewed all except the door, tracks, and rails. We chose the next step up to renew the drum bearings. The door was fixed within one hour of our decision. Very happy with the response time and options given.
