Stephen came quickly when I reported my first garage door malfunction, it was trying to descend at an angle which couldnt work. He quickly recognized the problem, told me how much to fix it, then when done, showed me how to lubricate the rollers to ensure smoother operation and longer life. Phil B was awesome! He called before he arrived, took his time and explained everything from what caused the broken spring to the options he could provide. Once I decided what work to perform he was done before I knew it. Afterwards he went over all work performed and made sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions. We had a bottom bracket break off of garage door that resulted in damage to the tracks Friday evening. Shane Murphy, our technician, came out yesterday morning and quickly repaired the brackets and tracks to get the door operating properly again.
