I had an emergency with my garage door today and called Precision Garage Door at 1:00PM. To my surprise, they had a technicianPhilat my door by 2:30PM. I couldnt have asked for quicker service! Phil B was awesome! He called before he arrived, took his time and explained everything from what caused the broken spring to the options he could provide. Once I decided what work to perform he was done before I knew it. Afterwards he went over all work performed and made sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions. We had a bottom bracket break off of garage door that resulted in damage to the tracks Friday evening. Shane Murphy, our technician, came out yesterday morning and quickly repaired the brackets and tracks to get the door operating properly again. Our garage door spring broke and I was unable to open the door. I scheduled a same day appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out the next day after my door broke and provided me with multiple options on how I could approach the repairs needed.
