They were able to send a technician to me the same day I called. Jeremy Malek identified the problem quickly (springs needed to be worked on & the door needed to be oiled), & he repaired it quickly. Great customer service experience. I will use this company again.

Jeremy quickly and professionally identified the most cost effective way to repair a high lift garage door whose spring axle base bracket lag screws were pulling out of the wall. I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM to a less than pleasant experience, my garage door will not open. I replaced my garage door and garage door opener back in 2019 with Precision Garage Door of Austin, so we called them back out as we were very happy with their service in the past. Our service technician Stephen Michael arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional. As the previous replacement/repairs were performed over 5 years ago, I fully expected to come out of pocket for the repairs, but Stephen pushed the repair through as a one time goodwill warranty gesture. Talk about customer service!! If you are looking to build a relationship for all of your garage door needs both now, and in the future, look no further than Precision Garage Door of Austin!

Phil was fantastic! He quickly reattached our garage door to the motor system with ease. My great experience started with the moment I called to make an appointment for someone to come out here . The young lady that answered the phone was friendly , and very customer oriented . I was able to get an appointment the same day for a consultant to come out here to give me an estimate on garage doors . The technician, Billy, was wonderful .
