My garage door broke three days before Christmas, and Precision Garage Door came out the very next day. Phil lookedd at the door, explained the problem, proposed a solution, and provided a quote. I was able to get next day appointment to replace a spring that broke on my garage door. Patrick D was attentive and finish promptly. The only thing I would have preferred was a bit cheaper on the pricing but he did a good job.

Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty. We completed the paperwork and he made some closure adjustment. All trash was secured and the area was spotless! My experience was of the best quality.

Landon K seamlessly performed garage door removal and installation in a timely, professional and safe manner. He went over maintenance, operations, alignment and corrected small imperfections on the door. I could not be more satisfied with the Precision Door team. After seeing commercials on TV I noticed my spring looked bowed like it might break. I called and even though it was not a emergency they said they could schedule service today. Shane from Precision came and we discussed what service options I had. I could just fix the main problem or I could also do some preventive service so other parts would not need replacing in the next 3 or more years. There was no pressure to buy any thing. My door was working fine. Like I said at the beginning of this review, after seeing the commercials and using them, I trust this company and would recommend them to any one who needs garage door service.

I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday at 7:30 and scheduled an appointment for replacement of my garage door. It was in sad shape from the night before. By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. My door needed replacing and he explained everything in detail what he could offer. By 12:30 Phil was back with the new garage door and opener to be installed. I could not have asked for a better experience with Precision Garage Door tech Phil Belfrage. I am very pleased with the service and the new door. Thank you.

This morning our car was stuck in our garage by the door failing due to a broken spring. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. The work was completed quickly and cleanly - absolutely no problems, and I'd recommend them to neighbors immediately. Thanks!

Full install was done a few years ago and no issues. Had a battery die and they instantly knew what to do but also did a full check to make sure what else is needed and they were right. My go to for garage issues.

Isaiah came to the rescue when my garage door would not close. One of the springs broke and the safety wouldn't let the door to close. New springs, cables and rollers installed. Now the door is quieter than ever ! Isaiah explained everything in detail. Will use Precision again when needed!
