Our garage door spring broke and I was unable to open the door. I scheduled a same day appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician, Shane Murphy, was friendly, courteous, very informative, explained what the issue was clearly, and went over several options with great detail. Shane even helped move some boxes out of the way to give him the access needed to work on the door. Thanks Shane, we are very please with the work you performed.

Jeremy quickly and professionally identified the most cost effective way to repair a high lift garage door whose spring axle base bracket lag screws were pulling out of the wall. Another company had advised replacing the entire spring, axle, brackets, and tracks for a couple thousand dollars while Jeremy fixed it for

I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM to a less than pleasant experience, my garage door will not open. I replaced my garage door and garage door opener back in 2019 with Precision Garage Door of Austin, so we called them back out as we were very happy with their service in the past. Our service technician Stephen Michael arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional. As the previous replacement/repairs were performed over 5 years ago, I fully expected to come out of pocket for the repairs, but Stephen pushed the repair through as a one time goodwill warranty gesture. Talk about customer service!! If you are looking to build a relationship for all of your garage door needs both now, and in the future, look no further than Precision Garage Door of Austin!

Patrick did a super job, swapping out our original failing contractor grade garage door opener motor, drive track, tensioner spring set-up, and panel guide wheels - plus showing us how to use new controllers, and re-program the HomeLink setup in our Suburu. Many thanks Patrick. Ann & Marty
