My great experience started with the moment I called to make an appointment for someone to come out here . The young lady that answered the phone was friendly , and very customer oriented . I was able to get an appointment the same day for a consultant to come out here to give me an estimate on garage doors . The technician, Billy, was wonderful . He was friendly , and above all very knowledgeable about the product . He should be teaching classes on how to interact with customers . He is a wonderful asset to your company . Thanks again for the wonderful service , and our garage doors will be installed next week . Thanks again .

My garage door broke three days before Christmas, and Precision Garage Door came out the very next day. Phil lookedd at the door, explained the problem, proposed a solution, and provided a quote. My garage door was functioning again within an hour. Phil was incredibly nice and respectful--kudos to whoever hired him! I highly recommend PGD to anyone in need of garage door assistance.

I was able to get next day appointment to replace a spring that broke on my garage door. Patrick D was attentive and finish promptly. The only thing I would have preferred was a bit cheaper on the pricing but he did a good job.

They are an excellent company! We got a quick next-day appointment for a garage issue, and Brian R. arrived on time and as scheduled. He was thorough and helpful in walking me through the problem and showed me why we had them. He was beyond kind, and his work was effective and efficient. I highly recommend their service, especially as they send a link so you can track when the technician will arrive.

Phil was excellent. Once we got the jammed garage door open, he quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched a replacement part from his truck, and repaired the mechanism very quickly. I was impressed with his service and am deeply appreciative. Communication en route was very effective as well. Thanks, Phil!

Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty. We completed the paperwork and he made some closure adjustment. All trash was secured and the area was spotless! My experience was of the best quality.

He went over maintenance, operations, alignment and corrected small imperfections on the door. I could not be more satisfied with the Precision Door team. All work was done exceptionally quick, professionally amd without issue. They did ask multiple times if there was any outstanding items that needed correction. Highly reccomend this team.

After seeing commercials on TV I noticed my spring looked bowed like it might break. I called and even though it was not a emergency they said they could schedule service today. Shane from Precision came and we discussed what service options I had. I could just fix the main problem or I could also do some preventive service so other parts would not need replacing in the next 3 or more years. There was no pressure to buy any thing. My door was working fine. Like I said at the beginning of this review, after seeing the commercials and using them, I trust this company and would recommend them to any one who needs garage door service.

We have used Precision Garage Door for many years. We purchased garage doors and openers (3) at our previous address and have used them at our existing address to install a new garage door opener system. Brian R. has been our technician for both homes and he does an amazing job. He always communicates when he is on his way and is efficient and timely with his installations and/or repairs. Highly recommend!
