Wow, great experience! Jeremy Malek did an outstanding job. I felt the price for a "not so ordinary repair" was reasonable. Thanks for getting to me so fast and getting my new car back in the AC garage out of our 100 degree weather! This is now my go to company for all my garage door needs.

These guys are as shady as they come. Shame on me for not listening to all the negative reviews about this company. When they arrived (to try and figure out why the door was taking longer than usual to open/close), they immediately wanted to sell me a new garage door for $5k. When I said no, they tried to sell me new springs, rollers, etc for $3k. After that, the tension bar for $2k. It finally came down to around $1,300 for just the bar itself. When I said that was still to high, they charged me $75.00 and left. They don't even provide military discounts for the service charge. To any Veterans who are thinking about using this company, as a United States Marine, please take me at my word, stay clear of this company. There goal, at a minimum, is to get that $75.00 estimate fee from you (after trying to sell you crap you don't even need, like a new garage door when the issue is a spring)! And, to the owner of Precision door, you should be ashamed of yourself but after reading so many negative reviews about you and your company, clearly, you're not. Don't bother responding with, "our prices are higher because we're better, blah blah blah." It will fall upon deaf ears. UPDATE: We had another company come out and they replaced the Tension tube, springs, bearings, plate, sensors, and recalibrated the entire system for $300 less than what Precision Garage Door of Austin quoted. Furthermore, they didn't even charge a $75.00 service fee to come out. I'm going to see if they are okay with me posting their company name within this post. If so, I will update it. Bottom line, there are still plenty of honest companies who don't put profits over people, it just so happens that Precision Garage Door of Austin isn't one of them.

We had both of our garage doors replaced, a single wide and a double wide. The Precision Garage Door technician, Isaiah, was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with his whole demeanor. Throughout the process from the initial inspection to the completion, we received ongoing texts to advise us where we were in the process. All in all, we would highly recommend their services, whenever you have issues with your garage doors.

Great service, quick and courteous by Patrick Day. No waiting days on end to come. In fact, came the same day. Showed up at the appointed times and called in advance of arrival. Patrick was well trained and very knowledgeable about his service work. He corrected the door by way of new springs and rollers to rebalance it. Ultimately replaced a 25 yr. old motor/rail unit that had also gone bad. A bit expensive but good products and service.

He arrived on time, which is more than I can say for some of my friends. He greeted me with a smile and a toolbox that looked like it could solve world peace. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem like a garage door whisperer. But here's the kicker: Jeremy didn't poop in my bathroom. That's right, folks. In a world where you can't always count on much, you can count on Jeremy to keep your porcelain throne unvisited. A true professional! He replaced my garage door with the finesse of a surgeon and the speed of a caffeinated squirrel. Now, my garage door opens and closes with the grace of a ballerina, and my neighbors no longer think I'm operating heavy machinery at odd hours. In summary, if you need your garage door fixed, call Precision Garage Door and ask for Jeremy. He'll fix your door, brighten your day, and leave your bathroom as pristine as he found it. Prospero was wonderful. He did a great job installing the garage door. He had to come back a few weeks later because the door arrived with a cracked window pane. At the initial install he made sure I was aware and reassured me this would be handled promptly. Very impressed with Precision Garage Door and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door.

I have nothing but great things to say about Isaiah and the Precision Garage Door folks. When I asked for an estimate, Isaiah came out and gave me three new door choices, and also gave me a handle full of "just fix it" options. I chose the middle level new door, they coordinated and install data and they took out the old door a lift and replaced it all in 3 hours. Left no mess, and gave me a briefing on how to keep the door working great. It's silent, and no more lifting the door by hand. Professional and courteous! Definitely 5 stars!

Called Precision Garage Door after accidentally backing into our garage door; after which the door would not open or close. Their service technician (Joshua) was at our home within a couple hours. Joshua did a thorough evaluation of the damage and quickly found that the cable on the right-side of the garage door had been displaced and that is why the door did not open or close properly. Joshua quickly disconnected the garage door from the Liftmaster door opener, released the cable from the bottom of the garage door, reloaded the cable onto the pulley, and then reattached the cable to the bottom of the garage door. After reconnecting the garage door to the door opener, the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Joshua was great! He was very thorough, professional, and customer focused. Given the quick response to our call for service, the time it took to fix the garage door, and the professional manner in which Joshua addressed the problem, the cost for the repair was very fair. We will again use Precision Garage Door for any future service needs.
