I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. Today I had another part fall off and Joshua came again same day and fixed it so I can continue to use my garage until the replacement gets in. Highly recommend.

I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM to a less than pleasant experience, my garage door will not open. I replaced my garage door and garage door opener back in 2019 with Precision Garage Door of Austin, so we called them back out as we were very happy with their service in the past. Our service technician Stephen Michael arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional. As the previous replacement/repairs were performed over 5 years ago, I fully expected to come out of pocket for the repairs, but Stephen pushed the repair through as a one time goodwill warranty gesture.
