Our garage door broke on Monday night, and we needed it to be able open early Tuesday morning for work deliveries. I called a few 24 hour garage door companies early Tuesday morning for, but they all went to voicemail until I called Precision. They answered and understood the importance of an early fix. Phil messaged me with his eta and he was right on time. After I got approval for the quote, he got right to work and finished up on the hour he told me it would take him. Phil finished our repairs just as our delivery driver was pulling up. The whole process couldnt have been any smoother. Thank you.

Thank you Precision Door for having a person to talk to when I needed help. I don't know her name, but she was so helpful in setting up my appointment. Isaiah White, the repairman, was on time, friendly, and professional. He quickly accessed the problems, a broken spring and cables, then replaced them and checked to see that everything was safely working. Thank you Precision Door.

We had a spring replaced on our garage door. The technician, Phil Belfrage, gave the total cost for labor and materials prior to starting the job. He called prior to arriving at our home. Contacted Precision Garage today because my garage door wouldn't open. While the technician and customer service was excellent, they quoted me packages for the repair ($1088 for springs & bearings, $1359 for partial rebuild, $1523 for full rebuild). I decided to take a chance and just pay the $75 service fee and contact another company. The new company repaired it for $433 total and stated all that was needed was just replacing the torsion springs. The takeaway here is why pay a premium when you can get the same quality service elsewhere? Lesson learned: choose local mom-and-pop businesses over companies that spend heavily on Google ads and similar marketing.

Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Precision garage door company is the best ! They were above expectations the whole time. First they come to your house and talk to you to define your project and quote. Unlike other companies which do it on the phone They also dis a temporary repair of our old garage door to make it work , allowing time to receive the new door and install it. Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty. We completed the paperwork and he made some closure adjustment. All trash was secured and the area was spotless! My experience was of the best quality.
