I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM to a less than pleasant experience, my garage door will not open. I replaced my garage door and garage door opener back in 2019 with Precision Garage Door of Austin, so we called them back out as we were very happy with their service in the past. Our service technician Stephen Michael arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional. As the previous replacement/repairs were performed over 5 years ago, I fully expected to come out of pocket for the repairs, but Stephen pushed the repair through as a one time goodwill warranty gesture. Landon was great. He showed up on time and did a quality job, including the cleanup. He removed EVERYTHING associated with the old garage doors and put in an entirely new installation. He also noticed one of the new panels was defective and said I would be contacted to replace it within 4 weeks. He showed me how everything worked, explained how a where to lubricate occasionally and even left me a can of spray lube. Update: within a few weeks, Landon came back and replaced the defective panel. He was here and let me know he was all done, before I even knew he was here. Would recommend Precision to anybody looking for repairs or a new door.
