Highly recommend! From the minute they answered the phone, they were friendly, patient, allowed me to express concerns and answered all my questions. Mickey, our Technician was out within an hour. He called to notify me of his estimate time of arrival and arrived on time. Mickey took his time to explain the issue and explain all the options for repair. What i liked best, was his patience with my questions about mechanisms and option warranties. Mickie was always professional, thorough and friendly through the entire repair, that happened same day too! Precision will absolutely be our go to and recommendation for garage door repairs.

I was able to get next day appointment to replace a spring that broke on my garage door. Patrick D was attentive and finish promptly. The only thing I would have preferred was a bit cheaper on the pricing but he did a good job.

Excellent assistance! Timely response. He didnt even laugh out loud when it turned out my problem wasnt a dead battery, but there was an obstruction in front of one of the sensors that kept the door from closing. Instead he double checked the door and applied a treatment to keep the door from squeaking as bad.

New house. In the house 1 year. No help from the builder. Called Preclusion Garage Door on the recommendation of a friend. Shane was our technician. Very knowledgeable, professional and thorough.
