I called this morning and had Caleb at our door two hours later. Caleb was fantastic. He fixed the problem with our garage door opener and programmed our new cars to open and close the garage door. Caleb is also very funny. Would recommend heartily if you like prompt and professional service.

Stephen Michael was back after fixing my broken springs to hook me up with a side mount garage door opener that is so much quieter and frees up space above the door to increase storage now that the chain drive is gone. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door as they take the time to get it right, are honest and up front with pricing, and have never tried to oversell.

I had to replace my garage door after a slight accident ended it's time after 18 years. Called Precision Garage doors, Overhead and one other local company. Precision got back to me within 10 minutes and someone was out that afternoon. That was last week and Mickey Wheeler cam by, in the rain, and replaced the door and all the accoutrements that go with it. Took less than 3 hours. Would recommend them anytime. Oh, and as for the other two I contacted ... have yet to get a call back.

The technician Stephen Michael that came out to take a look at my door, was able to troubleshoot and provide several solutions on site which is always appreciated. He had the parts on his truck. He was ready to go, and his attitude was fantastic. Cant ask much more from a technician than that. Ill be using them moving forward.

These guys are as shady as they come. Shame on me for not listening to all the negative reviews about this company. When they arrived (to try and figure out why the door was taking longer than usual to open/close), they immediately wanted to sell me a new garage door for $5k. When I said no, they tried to sell me new springs, rollers, etc for $3k. After that, the tension bar for $2k. It finally came down to around $1,300 for just the bar itself. When I said that was still to high, they charged me $75.00 and left. They don't even provide military discounts for the service charge. To any Veterans who are thinking about using this company, as a United States Marine, please take me at my word, stay clear of this company. There goal, at a minimum, is to get that $75.00 estimate fee from you (after trying to sell you crap you don't even need, like a new garage door when the issue is a spring)! And, to the owner of Precision door, you should be ashamed of yourself but after reading so many negative reviews about you and your company, clearly, you're not. Don't bother responding with, "our prices are higher because we're better, blah blah blah." It will fall upon deaf ears. UPDATE: We had another company come out and they replaced the Tension tube, springs, bearings, plate, sensors, and recalibrated the entire system for $300 less than what Precision Garage Door of Austin quoted. Furthermore, they didn't even charge a $75.00 service fee to come out. I'm going to see if they are okay with me posting their company name within this post. If so, I will update it. Bottom line, there are still plenty of honest companies who don't put profits over people, it just so happens that Precision Garage Door of Austin isn't one of them.

We had both of our garage doors replaced, a single wide and a double wide. The Precision Garage Door technician, Isaiah, was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with his whole demeanor. Throughout the process from the initial inspection to the completion, we received ongoing texts to advise us where we were in the process. All in all, we would highly recommend their services, whenever you have issues with your garage doors.

Joshua (the service tech) was prompt and efficient! He replaced my spring tension rod and spring from my broken system. He also replaced the rollers which made a huge difference in the doors noise level.

Spring on garage door broke Saturday. Precision was able to get here the next day when another co wouldnt until Monday. Isaiah was here a few minutes early and described what was needed, gave me some options and explained price. He was finished in an hour and ensured it was all proper and clean. Great job!

Absolutely awful. This imbecile decided to break our 2 car garage automated door to get in rather than the single, smaller, non-automated door. This costed thousands extra because of stupidity. Please dont use this company.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors. Precision set an appointment for later the same day. Shane arrived on time and quickly remedied the issue. Our doors and parts were 30years old so we opted to replace springs on both doors plus get new rollers, pulleys, bearings, etc. as our insulated doors are still in good shape. Shane was professional, friendly and very efficient.
