Caleb came out to see what was wrong with my garage door that needed repair. Quickly diagnosed it and told me what my options were as far as repairing or replacing the unit. Decided to just have it repaired for now and he fixed it up in about 30-40 minutes. Garage works perfectly now and runs quieter and smoother than before.

Had a broken spring. I could see it. The work was good and fast. Only complaint is that the lady on the phone told me it would be $279 for a broken spring. Once the tech arrived he said they have to replace both springs (including the non broken one) and I need some other $100 part, plus bearings, bla bla bla, total price ended up being $822 minimum, all the way up to over $1200 if I wanted a warranty and other stuff that sounded like fluff. Was pretty heated about that since $279 is fine, but if I'd know I was going to be out nearly $1000 I would have shopped around. Felt like a grift. Will for sure try someone else next time.
