Excellent assistance! Timely response. He didnt even laugh out loud when it turned out my problem wasnt a dead battery, but there was an obstruction in front of one of the sensors that kept the door from closing. Instead he double checked the door and applied a treatment to keep the door from squeaking as bad.

Our garage door broke on Monday night, and we needed it to be able open early Tuesday morning for work deliveries. I called a few 24 hour garage door companies early Tuesday morning for, but they all went to voicemail until I called Precision. They answered and understood the importance of an early fix.
