I can't speak highly enough about this incredibly knowledgeable garage door company and its skilled technicians! When our garage door finally gave out and refused to close either automatically or manually, we were in a bit of a panic. Not only was the door stuck open, leaving our home exposed to the elements and the world, but it also gave our dog a free pass to chase every cat and dog in the neighborhood! I called around 8 AM, and by some miracle, a technician arrived before noon--an absolute lifesaver! The first tech Phil Belfrage was efficient, precise, and clearly well-versed in his craft, living up to the company's stellar reputation. There was no fumbling or second-guessing--he had the door back down in record time. He also took the time to evaluate the situation, giving us a clear estimate on repairs or replacement. We chose to go with a full replacement since the door was original to the house, and though there was a six-week lead time due to the custom fabrication, we decided to go with windows. It was well worth the wait. When the new door arrived, Isaiah White, the second technician, handled the installation. I can't say enough good things about Isaiah--he was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure chatting with him while he single-handedly dismantled the old door, carefully cleaned up all the debris, and loaded everything onto his truck. He then began inspecting the existing rails and proceeded to install the new door, which came in heavy sections that he managed with ease. Within just a couple of hours, our garage had a brand-new, perfectly functioning door. From start to finish, this company exceeded expectations. Their prompt response, professional service, and the quality of their work make them an easy recommendation. Just when I thought the service couldn't get any better, Isaiah proved once again why this garage door company deserves every bit of praise. After the installation, I noticed a small issue with light peeking through both sides at the bottom of the door. Fortunately, Isaiah had left his contact information, so I gave him a quick call. Without hesitation, he returned promptly, just a few blocks away, and made a slight adjustment to the door, correcting the issue immediately. His dedication to ensuring everything was perfect, even after the job was technically done, speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's rare to find such reliable, courteous service these days, and this company has truly set the bar high. Wes was very thorough in investigating the issue we were having with one of our garage doors, which utilizes an older opener technology. He explained his troubleshooting and was able to make adjustments within the opener to get the door operable again. He also reviewed options for updating our opener with much newer technology to provide for a warranted, longer life cycle. Wes was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was clear he really takes pride in his work and in educating his customers!

I have been at my home for almost 20 years now, and up to now this was my first Garage Door issue. I had some wear & tear over that time, well it finally fell off the rail ,so I started to see about repairs and maybe even replacing it all together,this all happening on a Saturday.So I saw Precision as one available 24/7 ,with great reviews,after about 3 reviews I was sold ,answered a couple of questions on line ,got a reply message, another message with a technician name and time frame of arrival, another message from Phil B, saying he was a half hour away.Being Saturday I just new replacing the door was not gonna happen, so I kindly asked Phil to at least closed the door and to show me my options for another Garage door, Phil was here about hour with a sale of a new door and a repair, Thanks again Phil

Service man (Mickey W) from Precision Garage Doors arrived soon after I called & quickly fixed an issue with our garage door openers. Price was very reasonable. I called this morning and had Caleb at our door two hours later. Caleb was fantastic. He fixed the problem with our garage door opener and programmed our new cars to open and close the garage door. Caleb is also very funny. Would recommend heartily if you like prompt and professional service.

Stephen Michael was back after fixing my broken springs to hook me up with a side mount garage door opener that is so much quieter and frees up space above the door to increase storage now that the chain drive is gone. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door as they take the time to get it right, are honest and up front with pricing, and have never tried to oversell.
