Called Precision Garage Door after accidentally backing into our garage door; after which the door would not open or close. Their service technician (Joshua) was at our home within a couple hours. Joshua did a thorough evaluation of the damage and quickly found that the cable on the right-side of the garage door had been displaced and that is why the door did not open or close properly. Joshua quickly disconnected the garage door from the Liftmaster door opener, released the cable from the bottom of the garage door, reloaded the cable onto the pulley, and then reattached the cable to the bottom of the garage door. After reconnecting the garage door to the door opener, the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Joshua was great! He was very thorough, professional, and customer focused. Given the quick response to our call for service, the time it took to fix the garage door, and the professional manner in which Joshua addressed the problem, the cost for the repair was very fair. We will again use Precision Garage Door for any future service needs.

Our garage broke (in a pretty catastrophic way) on a Saturday. We made a same day appointment for 2 hours later. Stephen Michael showed up quickly, communicated well, fixed everything, all for a reasonable price. I dont often write reviews but expectations were exceeded.

I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

Shane Murphy was my technician and a better one I could not find. He was on time, congenial and most willing to explain the overall problem and what was needed to eliminate it. He was the type of person that, if I had a business, I would certainly give much responsibility and credit in order to keep him with my company.
