I had fast same day repair service from Brian Rykowski from Precision Garage Door of Austin for a broken garage door. He gave us our options and we went with the repair of the existing door. He replaced broken springs and cables and even fixed bolts and other parts the builder had installed wrong. He aligned and oiled everything to work better than it ever had and was done in an hour! Wonderful service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.

Nick arrived at our property on time and AFTER he had first given us a heads-up courtesy call as to his E.T.A. Nick had been here a couple of years ago to fix our garages double door and install a new door-lift motor for that double door . This time , he did essentially the same thing as he fixed our garages single door and install a new door-lift motor on that door. Good , quick , and pleasant service by a competent technician ! And , at a reasonable price to boot ! A good deal all round , Id say.

Our garage door broke unexpectedly early in the morning. I call Precision and they sent Isaiah to us that same day - within hours. He listened intently when he was here, asked questions to understand our needs and took time explaining the various options. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Last but certainly not least, his work ethic was incredible! He was here about 11:30am and didnt leave until 8:20PM! He finished the job for us regardless of the late hour and never once complained. Precision has a star in Isaiah - I cant express how thankful we are that he was the one to do the work on our home. Hes fabulous!! He offered the service of replacing the opener, but was really cool about it. "You can probably fix this yourself. Find this part on Amazon." I *REALLY* appreciate not overselling additional stuff.
