Today, roughly a year and a half later one of the doors threw an error code and was unable to close. Isaiah, my Precision technician, was at my house and done with the repair in less than 2 HOURS, the same day we experienced the issue. Charge for the repair?....ZERO dollars under warranty. I'm now a life long Precision customer and will be recommending them to anyone who is thinking about upgrading their garage doors.

They seem unwilling to fix anything and tend to provide quotes for renewing everything, even items that may not require replacement, such as the entire garage door. Following this disappointing experience, I opted to schedule a repair with another local professional who accurately diagnosed the issue and efficiently resolved it. Unlike Precision, this individual appreciated the existing door and hardware, without attempting to upsell unnecessary replacements. Notably, the cost of the repair was a mere quarter of Precision's quoted amount. Furthermore, it's important to note that Precision Garage food or Austin charges for their initial visit to provide a quote, which often entails recommending a full refresh or replacement of components. If you decide not to proceed with Precision Garage door of Austin due to their perceived overcharging, you've essentially spent money for a service that didn't result in any tangible benefit.
