These guys are great. Got to my door within 1.5 hrs of calling them. On a Sunday. Dan Ritchie was my tech. He took off his shoes when he walked in my house. He explained the issue and finished the job within 30-40 minutes. Great experience. I will call them again if something goes wrong.

My garage door wouldnt open. Call Precision Garage Doors of Austin and they came the next morning. Jeremy showed up on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He got it repaired and working great. Price was very reasonable as well. Very happy with the experience!

Josh showed up early (with communication to us) and was knowledgeable, professional, and prepared. He gave options for our repairs at all levels/price points and took the time to explain the difference with me. The install was done the same visit even with adding additional equipment. Josh and the crew at precision is too notch!

Garage door replacment completed today. They did a great job, installed a quality product and completed on time as promised. Explained recommended maintenance and the working system. Garage doors are flush, well insulated and sealed. Billy Tacket and Landon Kellog were the technicians on the job, great team.

Had issue with the new door opener installed. I called at 9am and there were out here by noon and resolved the issue before 1pm and at no cost. Love the fast, friendly service and always taking the time to explain why the issue may have happened and if it does happen again how to correct. Josh has been her 2x and both times went over and beyond!

My garage door spring broke and I was in a bit of an emergency situation. They were very quick to respond. They were out first thing in the morning and had my garage door repaired within an hour. Extremely professional staff. Very knowledgeable technician, very thorough and explained all of the work he was doing, why, and offered a few options. Really appreciated it and would definitely use them again.

We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.
