I was having issues with the garage door opener where garage door was jammed open and Jeremy came and was able to make adjustments to the closing pressure. He was able to correct the situation in a few minutes and now it’s working smoother than it has in months. Very courteous and helpful.

I chose Precision because it is a Lift Master dealer, and that is the make of our garage door. They communicate extremely well about service appointments and arrivals, and the technician was polite and very competent. The door works perfectly now, and I highly recommend this company.

The repair was handled in a professional manner. I had another person out from another company and didn’t want to do business with them because he was so unprofessional. I ended up paying $100 more for your service but felt good about it because your service person did everything he said he would do and had a great personality. I would call your company again.

We had you out for a routine maintenance on our old door. The technician, Michael, was honest about our options and gave us a great deal that will address our issues without breaking the bank.

alright, this is going to be a long one. So TL/DR: Precision Garage Door is awesome. -This story starts in 2019ish or so, I forget. I've been in Cedar Park almost 30 yrs and wanted to replace my original garage door. I wanted a new awesome garage door and I shopped Cedar Park Overhead and Precision Garage of Austin. I was looking for a nice upgrade. Both CP Overhead and Precision quoted wood look walnut colored metal garage doors with a heavy 2" thick insulated door. They were actually only like $100 apart on a $4,600 quote on these. So, basically the same pricepoint. BUT, Precision offered 12mts, no interest options and CP Overhead did not. Almost 5K and I could use their loan and not have to take my money out of the bank. To me, that's a no brainer on free interest....that might be where I made the best decision, but as time passed, I know it was. I've had a couple issues over the past 7ish years where Precision just shows up and takes care of them, warranty should I say, and it's done. A couple years ago my indoor wall button was not working, Precision rep shows up, replaced and done. This morning my garage door wouldn't open. Rep Jeremy Malek shows up by Noonish and spring had broken, fixed and done with no charge warranty included. Yep, I made the right decision to go with Precision Garage Door. It's all about Customer Service folks. -John Klein

We absolutely love our new doors! We first met with Brian and he helped us pick the perfect color and style of doors for our home. Sean was our installer, he was courteous, professional and great at his job. Sean was on time, worked hard, and left our place looking better than before. We would recommend Precision Garage Doors! I think we had the best duo-team at our house today!! Thanks Brian and Sean, you Rock!

Daniel was very courteous, on time, explained all that was needed to repair the garage door, showed me how much it would be, the warranty and time it should take to repair it. I was very pleased with the repairs and could tell the difference in the quietness of opening and closing.

I've used Precision Garage a few times now - each time I'm impressed by the level of customer service provided. They are responsive via phone, able to get someone out same day, and inform you accurately on arrival time. They send bios of the tech prior to arriving and their trucks are labeled so you know who to meet. The techs themselves are also great - serving with honesty, empathy, and transparency. Precision also commits to their warranty period and will come out to fix any issues - they've done it for me! You pay a premium with Precision, but the consistently good service is worth it.

I chose Precision Garage Door to install a new garage opener because of the professional and quality service we received a year ago when Precision replaced our garage door. Stephen Michael was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Each remote garage door opener has its quirks…Stephen was never dismayed and easily sailed through them. The remote, the cellphone, and the rear view mirror each had access, and Stephen easily navigated all. 10!!!
