Garage door battery backup was near dead after running for several months. Called to have them check the system and they were out to the house by the afternoon and able to replace the backup battery, give the opener a clean bill of health and advise on what to look for next time.

Technician Jeremy Malek replaced the battery in my overhead garage door opener timely and professionally. He also inspected the garage door's hinges and springs, replaced a missing bolt, and changed the battery in a hand held opener. Overall, the service provided was exceptional. Thank you.

We called Precision Garage Door of Austin to repair a broken spring. It was a Saturday and very impressed that Caleb Skaggs, our technician arrived not long after calling for the appointment. Caleb was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was very kind and an amazing person. My husband and I give Caleb Skaggs and Precision Garage Door of Austin five stars hands down!!!! So grateful we used this company and had Caleb as our technician. Thanks again Caleb!!!

Phil arrived earlier than expected but called for permission first. Once here, he determined the issue quickly (needed to replace motherboard). He then gave us options as well as advantages to ea. once a decision was made, he was able to install the new system as he had the needed equipment on his truck. Upon completion, he explained how everything worked, gave us the owners manual & answered questions we had. Very professional, thorough & easy to talk to.

Best by far in customer service! Phil Belf* was super informative about the installation process. We asked a few questions a he was kind enough to answer everything. The scheduler told us it would take all day but this installer worked magic and was able to get two doors installed plus all the accessories (springs, rods..) in less than 4 hours! Incredible work. We are super pleased with the entire process and value. Thank you Precision and give Phil a raise!
