Had a broken spring. I could see it. The work was good and fast. Only complaint is that the lady on the phone told me it would be $279 for a broken spring. Once the tech arrived he said they have to replace both springs (including the non broken one) and I need some other $100 part, plus bearings, bla bla bla, total price ended up being $822 minimum, all the way up to over $1200 if I wanted a warranty and other stuff that sounded like fluff. Was pretty heated about that since $279 is fine, but if I'd know I was going to be out nearly $1000 I would have shopped around. Felt like a grift. Will for sure try someone else next time.

My technician did great work. The lady doing the quote not so much. She quoted between $149 to $249 it was $370. The work done was to restring the cable. And garage door adjustments.
