Couldn't have asked for better service. I called several competitors before asking AI search for highly rated garage door service in the Austin area. None of the companies had availability same day and a couple of them offered Saturday service with extra weekend charges. I called Precision Garage Door a little after 9 AM on Friday and the job was completed before 10:15 AM with no extra charge. Technician Josh Surfus was very respectful and informative AND a military veteran. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help!

Had and emergency garage door repair at 6:30 P.M. was able to get an appointment same day. Shane Murphy was there within an hour and half quoted me for the repair right there and was able to complete the work in an hour. overall great experience Sean was very professional and effective with his work!

So bad! We replaced the garage door inside opener (the motor) Cost $1,697.61 with tax Then the technician presented his billing notepad with a "tip" option to add 15% or more... about $400 tip To which I replied "no way, I am hiring a company to do this work not a waiter, you are a professional representing the company " The technician did not do a professional and clean job. Left wires expose and trash behind. Then he was offering to add the outside door keypad and an extra car opener for $350 which I bought somewhere else for $97 for both " So sad and disappointing

Garage door jammed and wouldn't close on a Friday night. Late Saturday morning made an appt and three hours later, Daniel Ritchie was at the house evaluating my door. Patrick arrived in a timely manner. After examining the damage to the garage door he provided me with 3 options for repair and upgrade. I informed him of my choice and he got right to work. The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Got to my door within 1.5 hrs of calling them. On a Sunday. Dan Ritchie was my tech. He took off his shoes when he walked in my house. He explained the issue and finished the job within 30-40 minutes. Great experience. I will call them again if something goes wrong.
