The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Got to my door within 1.5 hrs of calling them. On a Sunday. Dan Ritchie was my tech. He took off his shoes when he walked in my house. He explained the issue and finished the job within 30-40 minutes. Great experience. I will call them again if something goes wrong.

Garage door replacment completed today. They did a great job, installed a quality product and completed on time as promised. Explained recommended maintenance and the working system. Garage doors are flush, well insulated and sealed. Billy Tacket and Landon Kellog were the technicians on the job, great team.

Had issue with the new door opener installed. I called at 9am and there were out here by noon and resolved the issue before 1pm and at no cost. Love the fast, friendly service and always taking the time to explain why the issue may have happened and if it does happen again how to correct. Josh has been her 2x and both times went over and beyond!
