Wes was very professional. He called shortly after I made the appointment to inform me of the approximate time for his arrival. Much appreciated. After his arrival, he took time to explain exactly what he was going to do. Along the process he answered all my questions. He was very meticulous in everything he did. He made sure that all his mess was picked up. And know our garage door works again!!!. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!!

Our garage door broke unexpectedly early in the morning. I call Precision and they sent Isaiah to us that same day - within hours. He listened intently when he was here, asked questions to understand our needs and took time explaining the various options. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Last but certainly not least, his work ethic was incredible! He was here about 11:30am and didnt leave until 8:20PM! He finished the job for us regardless of the late hour and never once complained. Precision has a star in Isaiah - I cant express how thankful we are that he was the one to do the work on our home. Hes fabulous!! I highly recommend Precision & Isaiah - we are so pleased with the work. Thank you!

Nick did the exact work I asked for. He pointed out things that might be a problem and clearly communicated the cost/benefit. He noticed that my old garage door opener does not work. He offered the service of replacing the opener, but was really cool about it. "You can probably fix this yourself. Find this part on Amazon." I *REALLY* appreciate not overselling additional stuff. Well done and very good experience.

Staff who answered the phone were very polite and got someone out the same day. Brian Rykowski addressed our broken cables and spring on our single car garage door. Showed up on time, quickly assessed the issues, provided us with three options to address the broken parts as well as other aged parts, and was very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend!

Precision replaced my 15 year old garage doors in July 2022 at my home in Austin, TX. They made design selection straight forward, pricing transparent, and install went fast and smoothly. Today, roughly a year and a half later one of the doors threw an error code and was unable to close. Isaiah, my Precision technician, was at my house and done with the repair in less than 2 HOURS, the same day we experienced the issue. Charge for the repair?....ZERO dollars under warranty. I'm now a life long Precision customer and will be recommending them to anyone who is thinking about upgrading their garage doors.

I was extremely impressed with the work Stephen did to fix our garage door. He came out an hour after getting the call on a Friday afternoon and thoroughly explained the issue and got the job done in a kind, professional manner. Went above and beyond to replace our garage door lights as well. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome experience. Shane came to address an issue (on a Sunday) with our garage door. After a quick inspection he explained the problem most likely was not with the opener and probably electrical. He was super knowledgeable and courteous. Plus, didnt take advantage of a situation where we could have paying for work that didnt need to be done. Weve used Precision in the past and certainly will call them again, if we have issues in the future. Amazing customer service.
