I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our tech Isaiah. He broke everything down for me in a method I could understand and gave us options. This time the fix was easy and I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didnt disrespectfully try to sell us something unneeded at this time. This is my third time using Precision for work on my garage doors. They had serviced my previous home and replaced my door in the past. This time I had them replace two Genie garage door openers and keypads with Liftmaster . A MUCH superior, more reliable product, in my experience. Phil Belfrage did an excellent job of explaining what he could offer to solve my problems and then did the work alone in a very reasonable amount of time. I made the service request around 6:00pm on a Saturday and Phil was at my house before 8:30am on Sunday. Fantastic service and responsiveness! It was NOT cheap but I feel that the new systems are a huge upgrade and a great improvement over the Genie systems our builder installed and I am grateful for the rapid response since we were locked out of the garage space. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin and Phil is awesome!!!
