Stephen came quickly when I reported my first garage door malfunction, it was trying to descend at an angle which couldnt work. He quickly recognized the problem, told me how much to fix it, then when done, showed me how to lubricate the rollers to ensure smoother operation and longer life. A call to Precision at noon on a holiday weekend was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Three hours later a service person, Joshua Surfus was at our door ready to fix our garage door. We did end of replacing the door and that was done in a timely manner. Precision was recommended by two friends. I will be recommending to friends in the future.

I had an emergency with my garage door today and called Precision Garage Door at 1:00PM. To my surprise, they had a technicianPhilat my door by 2:30PM. I couldnt have asked for quicker service! Phil was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and provided a clear quote on the spot. To top it off, he had all the necessary parts with him and completed the repair in under an hour. Thanks to Phil, my garage door is working perfectly again. I was able to get an appointment with a technician very quickly. Phil Belfrage, the tech who did the work was a real pro. He performed a major refurbish on the garage door spring, bearings, and cable within a couple of hours. Works like new now.

Phil B was awesome! He called before he arrived, took his time and explained everything from what caused the broken spring to the options he could provide.
