Same day, efficient (under three hours) to replace most everything but the door but all the hardware in the door. Mickey was a great listener and presented me with options as I requested. Unbelievable 10 year warranty (new builders only lasted 5 years before everything broke on it). Extremely pleased for above reasons and more with PrecisionDoorAustin.

We decided to replace our old Liftmaster garage door opener with a new Liftmaster belt drive unit after discussing our options with Joshua Surfus. Jeremy quickly and professionally identified the most cost effective way to repair a high lift garage door whose spring axle base bracket lag screws were pulling out of the wall. Another company had advised replacing the entire spring, axle, brackets, and tracks for a couple thousand dollars while Jeremy fixed it for

I have a two car garage and after 25 years had both of my garage doors and their openers replaced. I wanted to get an unusual noise diagnosed in one of the units, and the same day I placed the call a technical professional showed up, noted there was no problem with the doors operation itself, but made an adjustment that did eliminate the noise.
