We had a bottom bracket break off of garage door that resulted in damage to the tracks Friday evening. Shane Murphy, our technician, came out yesterday morning and quickly repaired the brackets and tracks to get the door operating properly again. He was able to quickly identify the issue related to a broken bracket related to the raising arm on the track separating from the garage door. He provided several repair/replacement options, and the repair was completed quickly including servicing of some components.
