Our garage door spring broke and I was unable to open the door. I scheduled a same day appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician, Shane Murphy, was friendly, courteous, very informative, explained what the issue was clearly, and went over several options with great detail. Shane even helped move some boxes out of the way to give him the access needed to work on the door. Thanks Shane, we are very please with the work you performed.

I just had a garage door installed by Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician Landon Kellogg was extremely efficient and friendly. The new door is beautiful, quiet and brightens our dark garage. Landon spent time showing how to transition to manual operation and how to do simple maintenance that will ensure quiet smooth operation. Even though it is a heavy door, the door itself is surprisingly easy to maneuver in manual mode and requires very little strength. By the way I do have a garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors of Austin. They are responsive , communicate in a timely manner and the entire installation is quick.

Precision Garage Doors were able to come out the next day after my door broke and provided me with multiple options on how I could approach the repairs needed. Phil was incredibly friendly and helpful. He clearly explained what needed to be done and worked with me on the price for multiple doors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend and will definitely call them back if I need support again.

Joshua came in and quickly diagnosed a very strange problem with the WiFi connection on one of our doors. He finished up his previous call early and called to asking it was OK to arrive for my appointment early. He was polite, friendly and had a great attitude.

Had a great experience today. I quickly received a same day appointment at a good time for me. Phil called when he was on his way. A text was sent before his arrival so I knew who to expect. He gave us an estimate and explained everything clearly, He was efficient in completing the job. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Same day, efficient (under three hours) to replace most everything but the door but all the hardware in the door. Mickey was a great listener and presented me with options as I requested. Unbelievable 10 year warranty (new builders only lasted 5 years before everything broke on it). Extremely pleased for above reasons and more with PrecisionDoorAustin.

We decided to replace our old Liftmaster garage door opener with a new Liftmaster belt drive unit after discussing our options with Joshua Surfus.
