Shane showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a stripped gear in our 30 year old garage door motor He recommended a new motor since finding a matching gear replacement would be extremely difficult and we would still have an old motor He ordered a basic motor and returned the next day for a quick installation He answered all our questions and programmed both of our cars to open the new garage door Strongly recommend Precision
