Had a problem with a garage door malfunctioning. The technician, Brian Rykowski, came the same day that we called for service. Brian explained the problem and offered several alternatives to repair the door. We made our selection and the replacement parts included the torsion springs, bearings, cable, cable drums, and rollers. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would use again.

I'm not the brightest when it comes to garage door openers, so it was great that Jeremy could come out on the Saturday and show me why my machine wasn't working. Shane was the one who first came out and gave us an estimate and showed us all the options. Very nice, knowledgeable, professional and no hard sell. Prospero and Isaiah were both very friendly and skilled. They had all 3 of my doors installed in record time. They also swept out my garage when finished with the install. I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a new garage door! It was a delightful experience from the first phone call to the finished install.

Our garage door opener quit working yesterday morning. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services around noon and they had a Technician (Jeremy Malek) out at my home within 2 hours. He quickly identified a number of issues with the current setup and we agreed that my old opener (~15years old) needed to be replaced. He did an exceptional job installing the new opener (a LiftMaster 878504-267), rollers, and realigned the rails all in less than 2 hours. Jeremy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and easily answered all my questions. It took just a few minutes for him to show me how everything worked and to reprogram the wall unit if needed in the future. We a very happy with the features of the LiftMaster unit and feel like we made an excellent choice selecting Precision.

We were having garage door motor problems so I called Precision Garage Door of Austin as it was a familiar name. I was hoping for a quick fix, but we ended up replacing motors for both doors. Expecting replacement was likely, I had considered getting other quotes or even DIY, but our garage door professional, Caleb (of PGDoA), was so knowledgeable and thorough that I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to have him do the job. Were it not for Caleb's attention to detail, craftsmanship, and helpful explanations, I'd have shopped around because garage door problems don't exactly come with cheap solutions. I wish I could find a plumber, electrician, etc., with the same integrity as Caleb and PGDoA.
