When I asked for an estimate, Isaiah came out and gave me three new door choices, and also gave me a handle full of "just fix it" options. I chose the middle level new door, they coordinated and install data and they took out the old door a lift and replaced it all in 3 hours. Left no mess, and gave me a briefing on how to keep the door working great. It's silent, and no more lifting the door by hand. Professional and courteous! Definitely 5 stars!
